Terms & Conditions

  1. Appointment to the doctor is subject to availability of slots.
  2. The Doctor/Website Admin reserves the right to cancel any appointments at any time, if there is a need to cancel them.
  3. Online Consultation would only be through Zoom software. Zoom is supported on Computers and Smart Phones. 
  4. Consultations would not be done on any other platforms other than in-person format and Zoom.
  5. The medium of consultation would be Malayalam or English only.
  6. Medicines would not be sent by the Doctor. Only prescriptions would be sent to the patient’s email ID.
  7. Online Consultation would be initiated only after payment of the Doctor’s fee.
